I absolutely loved this cooking class! The setting was intimate and very welcoming, which made the whole experience feel personal rather than just instructional. The chef was incredibly knowledgeable—sharing not just recipes, but useful tips, techniques, and insights that you can’t get from cookbooks or online videos. What I appreciated most was how practical and hands-on the class was
My partner and I took a private cooking lesson with Shalu on my partner’s birthday, and it was an incredibly enjoyable and eye-opening experience. As complete beginners, we really appreciated how patient and accommodating Shalu was. She guided us through proper cooking techniques with clarity, while also explaining the basics of macro- and micronutrients in an all-vegan diet in a way that was easy to understand and practical to apply.
My sister and I went for the festive cooking class. This was the first time we attended Ms Shalu’s class. The instructions were easy to follow and although the ingredients were simple ,the combination of flavours made the dishes look so complicated. Duration was just nice and so was the atmosphere .There were five participants including two of us . We interacted well and had opportunity to get tips on vegan cuisine.
My helper attended Shalu’s thai cooking class and it is fantastic. Very well.paced class, the learning was lot of hands on, the food is so tasty. We are now ready for thai menu at home. Highly recommend the cooking classes if you are looking for upgrading the cooking skills and learning new dishes. Superb!
